I experienced the worst customer service I've ever had in over 50 years of vehicle ownership. Future vehicles will be Fords. When I expressed to Andy Hammond my poor service, he shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing they could do. So, future service on my 2014 Sierra will be done by Countryside in Beaver Dam near my office. And though i valued my purchase experience in 2014 from Tom McConnel, I will not purchase another vehicle from Zimbrick. My company runs fleets of vehicles from Maine to Montana and I will provide feedback of my just-out-of-warranty experience and steer us toward Ford products. It's your business that ultimately experiences the consequences of poor service. But that provides an opportunity for another company to grow by exceeding your level of service. New blood can be healthy...
