The team was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of finding the right truck. They took the time to understand my needs and helped me find a great truck with a 5.0L V8 engine. The experience finalizing the lease was smooth and straightforward, with everything clearly explained. Picking up the new vehicle was a great experience as well, the truck was ready on time, and they made sure I was comfortable with all the features before driving off. Overall, excellent service from start to finish.

Friendly service.

Friendly service. I appreciated getting a connector plug checked out and lubricated for no additional charge during my oil change. Clean waiting room with a nice complimentary coffee machine.

I took my 2020 Edge in for an oil and filter change.

I took my 2020 Edge in for an oil and filter change. The wait time was about 45 minutes which was acceptable to me. The waiting room was clean and comfortable.

After bad experiences at two previous Ford dealerships, it was a pleasure to deal with a company that actually cares about their customers! I was referred to this dealership by a family member and the experience was everything I expected. Bernie the salesman was very helpful, Kristine the used car manager was absolutely great.

Allowed me to test drive new F250 with my trailer

Allowed me to test drive new F250 with my trailer attached, was experiencing sway issues with old truck. Found me the exact truck I wanted and transferred some parts from other truck allowing me to pickup on Christmas Eve

I've bought new and used cars and trucks here. I have everything serviced here also as the Service Department and Mechanics are Top Notch. Do yourself a favor and drive the short trip to Cedar Springs. They will Service any make of Vehicle also.

This was my first oil change and tire rotation on my new car purchased at this dealership. They were on time for my appointment, did the job and I was on my way. That's the way I like it. Will continue to travel 60+ miles one-way to visit an honest and dependable dealership.

They lie about rotating your tires.

They lie about rotating your tires. We know because we suspected them of doing this, so we marked the tires before taking it there for service and sure enough, the tires were not rotated even though they said they did them. Will not be earning any of my business ever again.
