Had bad weather on the day I was there, so luckily, was no one there. Didn't have the usual 30+ minutes of waiting, just for an oil change, for a change! I love their service, but hate how slow they are most of the time.

Great place to deal with, I have bought 4 vehicles from Great Lakes Ford and have been satisfied with everyone of them. Now on my last F150 I bought I felt like I got the bait and switch. One sales person sold me the truck and I added a tonneau cover and running boards to my deal. Them I go to pick it up and he was not there and had to deal with another sakes person. The truck had no running boards and no tonneau cover. She called the other sales person and he said they have to charge me for that stuff. Well I was not happy should have cancelled that sale but I did not. I will use that sale person anymore.
