Kaleb and Tyi were great! We came from Middleton to purchase/pick up our new Silverado. Great experience. We had a bit of a complicated transaction as we were trading in our son's Traverse as we had given him our vehicle. He had miss placed the title and we had to wait as he requested a new one online instead of going to DMV. We put a deposit down on the truck and over a week later finally had the title. We didn't realize it need to be transferred to our name, Tyi worked with us and sent us to DMV just up the road, came back with the title in our name and we were on our way. Kaleb was both personable and professional. He checked in with us and ordered a tunnel cover that was installed so it was ready on the day we picked up the truck. Thanks Kaleb and Tyi for a great experience and all your help! It is appreciated!
