This was my first experience with Arundel Ford and the staff was exceptional. From the time we stepped on the property until the time we drove the 2025 Ford Explorer home, Sam and Robert and staff were truly professional and knowledgeable. Thanks again for a great experience.

Wonderful experience.

Wonderful experience. Their team went above and beyond my expectations. They drove my new vehicle to meet me halfway due to the distance I?m located from the dealership.

Bought many cars there since mid-nineties.

Bought many cars there since mid-nineties. Always a great experience. However this time there was a glitch. I was suppose to have 3 fire lights switch from my trade in to my new 2025 Bronco. Service overbooked and it didn't happen Difficult to respond as a first responder when fire lights are not in my vehicle.

I brought my 14 year old firsta in for transmission

I brought my 14 year old firsta in for transmission problems my mechanic couldn't figure out. Mike Wildes in the service department told me all repair work would be covered by an extended warranty till June 2025 because Ford realized there were issues with these transmissions. Not only did Mike fully rebuild/replace and repair the tranny? He also replaced all the door latches that were a recall the previous owner never followed up on. No charge for anything. They even taxied me home and back at my convenience. You can't get better service and I highly recommend Arundel ford.

The best car buying experience with Dylan W at Arundel Ford! I was able to get the perfect for car for a fantastic price with ease. I did almost everything over the phone and just went it to test drive and sign papers, in and out in no time, and on NYE no less! Tom in finance was greatly helpful as well, making the paperwork a breeze.
