We bought a 2012 truck from them 4 years ago and had issues with the truck. Took it in and they said they didn't hear what we heard which was the Motor... knocking and brakes not responding correctly. They said there was nothing we could do. Our truck had an extended warranty and was just about expired too. We traded that truck in for a new one. Was pushed through the process and told the sale price was this and look at the paperwork because I took it to another dealer to have them help me understand and they said we were over charged by $8K. Tried to to back last month to see what they could do to help us get into a SUV and said they would give us a call. They have not once called to help us. We bought 2 trucks from them, other family members have bought vehicles there also because we recommended them, but no more. Would never shop there again. The list just goes on and on.

We bought a 2014 f150 had warranty left had only 41000 miles on it rear diff started seeping on it it was wet 2 inches up cover first time I took in they... said it was leaking and schedule an appointment I did about a month later they said it's not a leek tried to tell me it's something off the road I said no it isn't they put it up on hoist and acted like I was stooped said he had to show how it was a defective thing I called Ford direct they read the warranty I said so it should cover a seaping cover they said yes he did finally say oh we will just do it and not bill Ford but not until I was overly insulted and had to push really hard I wish I could post pics on here I would post some of the diff and it's odvyous to anyone it is seaping
