Doesn’t deserve my time and money

Had a couple of recalls that needed to be addressed on my 2015 F150. Made an appointment. Needed a loaner car because I don’t live near Fremont , but figured I would take my truck there, seeing I bought it from this place. First appointment was canceled by the service dept. because they didn’t have a loaner. Second appointment made, same thing. I was told both times that they would call me to reschedule. Never called. I ended up calling a closer to where I live dealership, and I will tell you, that place has TOP NOTCH customer service!!! I was treated with respect, super fast scheduling, super fast service, and the recalls are taken care of, and an oil change. Go to VanderHyde Ford in Cedar Springs if you want to be treated right.

Very disappointed in service department

Took my car in for a recall on Friday. They called late afternoon and told me it wasn’t done. I asked them to leave my suv out front on Saturday and leave the keys in it as I could not get there until 2 today. They did not. My car is out back and I cannot get it. It is locked . Now I have no car for the weekend or to go to work on Monday in Grand Rapids. Very disappointed in the gentleman I spoke with on Friday afternoon.

Buying and Getting Service for your new car

I purchased a new SUV from this dealership, paying in cash full price. I have had this SUV in for regular maintenance since purchase. The salesman was horrible, calling later to ask how much I had paid as he could not locate the paperwork. This SUV was scheduled for service yesterday, still not even begun and no idea when it will be started. They are unhelpful, disorganized and unprofessional. They changed the oil, and left it leaking all over the engine. Find someplace else to go for purchase and service. I recommend avoiding this dealership totally.

Horrible dealership

We bought a 2012 truck from them 4 years ago and had issues with the truck. Took it in and they said they didn't hear what we heard which was the Motor knocking and brakes not responding correctly. They said there was nothing we could do. Our truck had an extended warranty and was just about expired too. We traded that truck in for a new one. Was pushed through the process and told the sale price was this and look at the paperwork because I took it to another dealer to have them help me understand and they said we were over charged by $8K. Tried to to back last month to see what they could do to help us get into a SUV and said they would give us a call. They have not once called to help us. We bought 2 trucks from them, other family members have bought vehicles there also because we recommended them, but no more. Would never shop there again. The list just goes on and on.

2014 f150

We bought a 2014 f150 had warranty left had only 41000 miles on it rear diff started seeping on it it was wet 2 inches up cover first time I took in they said it was leaking and schedule an appointment I did about a month later they said it's not a leek tried to tell me it's something off the road I said no it isn't they put it up on hoist and acted like I was stooped said he had to show how it was a defective thing I called Ford direct they read the warranty I said so it should cover a seaping cover they said yes he did finally say oh we will just do it and not bill Ford but not until I was overly insulted and had to push really hard I wish I could post pics on here I would post some of the diff and it's odvyous to anyone it is seaping
