I got there early and they let me in early and changed my oil quickly. No complaining, no funny looks. They did everything and quickly and did a car wash. I was on my way in an hour. Very nice

The service is always prompt, friendly, quick, & reasonably priced. I appreciate the service staff (eg, Dennis this time), and the clean, comfortable, quiet waiting area.

This is my second time using the service department. I am about to return to Wisconsin after being here 6 months. My car has nitrogen in the tires, and when I had the tires rotated to prepare for the trip, the psi was low in all 4 tires. The car was returned to me with no mention of this. I was alerted to this by the car alarm system. I was told the tires were not filled because there is no nitrogen tank there. I should have been made aware and alternative solutions could have been found at that time. To let me go with tires 6 psi too low is not only dangerous but poor customer service.

I wouldn't trust any other services department under the hood or near my new 2015 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ 1500 When I show up, I feel, like I'm the most important customer that they have every had! This type of makes a person feel good, makes them trust the one there dealing with. This is what I feel when I go to Smiths Chevrolet for Service!

I took my vehicle in for warranty work. They got it right in and out in less than an hour.

We had the most enjoyable experience in buying our Equinox. Everyone we dealt with was very professional, helpful and bent over backwards to accommodate us. We will definitely go back again.

It felt good, that they noticed that I had my children with me, and they made sure to let me know there was a toy room and refreshments for them too!

Went in to have running boards installed and had them check and service a few other things. They had everything done and the truck washed in a very timely manner. Took the time to explain things and were very kind. Great experience!
