We have been very pleased with our experiences at Belknap Subaru. In particular, we think Eric Natal is fabulous! He has guided our daughters through the purchase of four new cars, and each car has worked out great. We were so pleased with our experience that my wife and I just bought a 2024 Outback from Eric and Belknap. We appreciate the care, professionalism, and lack of pressure we and our daughters have experienced.

Eric has been my salesperson for years, for many reasons! He’s knowledgeable, takes time to work through my personal needs and available options, and is always pleasant! Justin, the business manager was new to me and he was easy to work with as well! Overall Belknap Subaru is my go-to dealership, because of Eric, and because of all the staff there.

A huge thank you to Mark Mallahan, General Manager, Bill O'Connell, Service Manager, and all involved in repairing our 2024 Forester. A very professional job was done replacing our leaking sunroof and roof liner. The vehicle was returned to us in outstanding condition. The detailing job and the shine on the finish and tires was incredible. Everyone went above and beyond on this one! Also, a big thanks to Mark for getting an auto dim rear view mirror with compass for us. It is very much appreciated and shows how much you and Belknap Subaru care for your customers.
