Completely satisfied

Always meets my every need. Never a hassle and always has my best interest in mind. Staff is friendly and they know what I am looking for and are willing to help

Oil Change

I called 10/23/19 at 4:38pm and scheduled an oil change for 11/2/19 at 8am. When I got to the podium, Jeff asked if I had an appt. I said yes. He said I was not in there and wasn't scheduled but said he could "squeeze me in." I had an appointment. It was not my fault that your employee that answered the phone on 10/23 didn't put me in the computer so "squeezing me in" was not the case. However, Mary at check out is always extremely pleasant and happy.

Awesome service department! I’ve used them for over 40 years and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future! Friendly and knowledgeable staff and a good experience every time.

Great service as usual. The truck is always washed after the visit. Sometimes it does take a fair amount of time. They are very good at fixing recalls.

2017 Colorado

Always leave happy and they always do quality work. They don't get thru something like an oil change very fast (even when they're not busy) but overall I always have a good experience.

Great dealership from sales to service.

Everyone is very friendly and professional at Burt Watson’s. You are always made to feel welcome there. They always follow up with you to make sure that your satisfied with the service and to see if there’s anything else that they can do for you. We always use Burt Watson’s and have bought several vehicles from them. They never use any type of pressure or numbers game and the sales people keep in touch with you well after you’ve purchased the vehicle to make sure that you still happy. From sales to service we will always use Burt Watson’s.

Transmission problem

If computers don’t tell them what’s wrong no one knows what to do. Try listening to customer. Bought last 3 trucks and leased 3 cars from BW. Will shop elsewhere for next vehicle.

Great service!

The service crew at Watson’s is terrific. My service representative Mike was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have been using Watson’s for over 40 years and have always bee satisfied. I like how they always look out for me looking for any discounts and specials.
