My car wouldn't start. I had it jumped, and then drove straight to Kraphol. They took it in and fixed it immediately. They also took care of 2 recall situations. While there, I asked if I could have an oil change and tire rotation, which they did as well. My experience to have immediate service without an appointment was impressive. They were courteous and helpful.

Service was great. I went in thinking I was going to buy the full synthetic engine oil because I wanted added performance and rather than just sell me the most expensive thing they could, the guy talked me into the regular semi-synthetic for about half the price. He also informed me that it wouldn't have any real impact on my performance, so it was a win win!

I had a loud humming coming from the back of the car. It was decided that the tires needed to be replaced. My tires were checked and I was told the power wheel/tire was unsafe to use. I wanted to buy tires, but none were available. A rotation was done, but it didn't make the car any safer to drive. They said it would be 2-3 weeks before I could get tires. Zero in stock.
