Always able to fit us in for service around our schedule, works to fix the problem, courtesy car available while our car is being serviced, everyone at this dealership is helpful. The waiting area is well maintained with TV and internet, coffee, clean restrooms. We have also purchased a vehicle from his dealership and the sales people were courtesy and helpful, available but not pushy.

While you always feel like you could have ended up with a better deal, the sales staff was friendly and willing to work with me and meet me at a fair price. The entire process took several hours but during the time they offered me coffee. I am aware that they are trying top lower payments by suggesting leasing, but that was not for me and after several attempts they decided I wasn't leasing and worked with me towards the purchase. Friendly staff goes a long way. I left one dealership after purchasing my third car because they did not value my loyalty. This is my fourth chevy in a row from aldermans and have always been happy.
