I brought my car in for a scheduled service appointment that was supposed to take 1.5 hours. After waiting for 2 hours, I checked in with the front desk, only to be told that they had completely forgotten to bring my car into the service bay. Nobody had realized nor communicated the delay. Because I had to leave to pick up my kids, I was offered a courtesy vehicle?which I appreciated?but the condition of the loaner was unacceptable. It was dirty, with what looked like old ice cream smeared on the gear shifter and a used air freshener tossed on the floor. What was supposed to be a quick and simple appointment ended up taking up the better part of my day, and the lack of communication and attention to detail was frustrating. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way this was handled?from the delay to the condition of the loaner vehicle?was disappointing and not reflective of the level of service I expected.

I have purchased a vehicle from Pape Chevrolet before and have been very satisfied with staff and product....well this time was no different except I bought my dream 2023 Duramax Silverado LTZ 1500 "Loaded" P/U for my 2nd business vehicle and these things are more space shuttle than P/U believe me it was like going from axes and knives to laser beams. I guess there are nicer trucks but at this trim level what difference does it really make just a true delight to drive with a crazy 26 MPG 6 Cyl inline diesel paired with the new 10 speed transmission. Now I'm not a big bling guy but you can't help looking good in this thing with these upper level trim packages! Special shout out to the incredibly knowledgeable Top P/U salesman Eddie Meyers and Boss man Andrew Koocher for outstanding effort and information...I liked the place so much I sent my daughter over and they also cut her a very fair deal as well on perfect used 2 year old Tacoma kudos to all the team tks so much Darrell Davis Scarborough
