My experience with Nate at Bill Dodge was nothing short

My experience with Nate at Bill Dodge was nothing short of exceptional! He was attentive, knowledgeable, patient, kind and went above and beyond to make this deal happen for me. I can not recommend him enough. In a world where customer service is hard to find, this kid is knocking it out of the park. Keep up the good work, Nate!

I've been going to Bill Dodge for the better part of the

I've been going to Bill Dodge for the better part of the last 3 years. Outstanding service department, they warrantied my engine, they fixed the car when I had an accident at the collision center and they just really take care of you. Every time I walk in, they are ready to help. No matter if it is Bobby, Gunnar or a new person that they just hired. The culture stays and it's great to be their client.

We called before driving the 100 miles down on a Saturday

We called before driving the 100 miles down on a Saturday to ensure the had the vehicle we wanted to buy. They assured us it would be ready when we arrived. Not only was it not out front, it had not been inspected or detailed for sale. They said they would call a tech in to get it ready but waited 3 hours to do that. The detailing was a rush job. The new computer system slowed everything down. We had to enter our own information in the system and correct it several times. They asked me for my DD-214 for a veteran discount. I do not carry that on me. The whole process took us 5.5 hours. The car was to come with floor mats but they could not give them to us because their parts department is closed on Saturdays. The offered to ship them. 8 days later we were informed we would have to drive the 100 miles back to pick them up. While we are happy with the car, the process was a nightmare. They did overcome obstacles to make the sale but they were all self-imposed obstacles.

Funny thing happens to my wife when she comes here

We brought my wife's 2016 Kia Soul in for a new sticker, she took one look in the show room, bam!!!She took the new 2017 Soul+ for a quick test drive, with Robert Labbe helping us out, and also Jim Craves who has helped us out many times before. We decided to give it 24 hours of thought, but we knew we would buy it, haaaa!!!!It is our fourth purchase here, best sales people, service dept., fianance, all of them. We send our friends over all the time!!!Never any pressure, and all of our questions answered in a timely fashion.We really love Bill Dodge Kia!!!!!!

We had specific wants and "don't wants'. Although they did not have a Sorento on the lot to meet our specifications, Andrew Whittaker searched and found a couple of vehicles for our consideration. Andrew patiently listened to us and thoroughly answered all of our questions. He was courteous,supportive, never pressured us, and gave us all the information we needed to make our selection. Great experience all around!

Buying a new Kia Soul was a great experience at Rowe Kia in Westbrook Maine. First of all, it took way less time than I thought it would and they were so easy to work with. I got a great vehicle and the process was both painless and positive. Thank you so much for the help.
