This is our third vehicle we have bought from Kyle. Recently I have been having some major health issues and am on extended medical leave. We have three vehicles and had at least one always parked. Needing to improve our financial situation and get one safe reliable car, we went to Kyle with two of our cars to see if there would be any way we could trade both in on one new/newer car. Kyle not only got us in a new 2017 Outback with everything we wanted, but we are saving about $200/month in payments and insurance. The bank wanted a larger down payment than we could afford, so Kyle and his team helped us with part of the down payment! We are putting on a lot of miles going back and forth to Mayo and now we have a new car, low miles, and a warranty to cover anything that could go wrong! We will definitely be customers for life! I would highly encourage anyone that is considering shopping at Dahl to read this review. My wife and I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Sonata with ~30,000 miles on it from Dahl. We were told by the salesman (who treated us very respectfully) that we would have a 4 day return on the vehicle if it was not up to our standards. We took the vehicle home and noticed a small spot of rust that initially had not factored into our purchase, although we probably should have vetted the car a little more thoroughly before buying. This was obviously an issue for us and I called Dahl to have it checked out. I scheduled the meeting for 4 days after the purchase date because it was a more convenient time and I thought I could still return it. However, the actual Dahl return policy is 3 days and when I showed up they estimated that it would cost over $1,000 to fix. Initially they were reluctant to fix the rust spot and they said I could exchange the vehicle, but I would lose money from the amount of miles I had put on it. However, after talking further with the sales manager he agreed to cover all the costs of fixing the rust, which will include sanding off the rust and re-priming and repainting of the entire affected panel. They were very kind and respectful and overall we got a great deal on our car (~$2,500 under blue book value). I will update this post after my car is fixed if there are any further issues. Otherwise I very much recommend Dahl automotive as they are highly willing to work with their customers and have great deals on used cars.

Alex is one of the most kind car salesmen I have ever worked with. His genuine kindness and concern showed. I will definitely purchase another vehicle with Alex in the future. He definitely was interested in us and listened attentively and exceeded our expectation throughout our car search. My experience surpassed any prior experience and felt blessed to have such a great experience. Alex was overly pushy and we feel he wasn't really listening to our questions and concerns. There were times it felt like he was defensive and angry at us for asking a question. He repeated numerous times he wanted to make our experience a good one, but would ignore our concerns at the same time. He gave us wrong information on the vehicle which was a Toyota and we were told numerous times he had worked at Toyota for a number of years. When we went to pick up the truck and do the financing paperwork he never told Josh we were there and we had to wait for an hour. This is the third vehicle we have purchased at Dahl and the first two experiences were great. Josh was pleasant and easy to work with. He answered our questions.

Gene was a true pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured or like I was getting a hard sales pitch. Instead he gave me the information I needed to become more comfortable with the Forester. When I informed him I needed a ride to the dealership to finalize the sale he picked me up at my house. Now that was service. Thanks Gene for your great customer care.
