I just purchased a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer from Clay. I was a bit sceptical at first having a bad experience with another salesman / dealership trying to purchase the "same" vehicle. Not only did Clay make my experience enjoyable, he was great at making some of the newer (to me) aspects easy to navigate. R.T.

Hey Carol! My name is Hillary. I am the Customer Experience Manager here at Wally Edgar Chevrolet. I have called you several times to discuss your recent visit. Of the three phone numbers on record here I have one call from back in April. I wanted to pull the phone logs to see if the phones weren't getting answered and to understand the disconnect that happened. We did have an issue with keeping up with phone calls in the past but that has been corrected for the last several months as we have 2 people dedicated almost solely to answering phones. While we do have people to monitor our online scheduling service, you requested tires. We do not just order products without ensuring we have the correct product you wanted. There are many different types of tires and since you requested 4 and not just a replacement of one we must verify what type you would like. In addition, occasionally the notes do not pull through our DMS system which is why repair request are always confirmed at check in. A universal standard is to order parts after diagnosis to ensure the proper part is ordered. I am so sorry you were unhappy with your visit! Finally found my truck!

I had been searching for a Silverado Crew Cab for a few weeks when I spotted one at Wally Edgar Chevrolet. Ziad (Zee) was wonderful and answered any and all the questions I had regarding the truck before I drove over an hour to check it out. I really appreciate his help and working with me to find my perfect truck.

Very good buying experience

I'm the kind of person that once I make a decision, I want to buy quickly. I had decided on a nice used Trax. From start to finish it took maybe 2 hours. I was very pleased. Pleased with the price and condition of the vehicle. Glad there was no hard sell for extras. No tacked on "windshield etching fee" like I had from a nearby dealer a couple years ago. Bruce did a great job as my salesman.
