Dealt with a few members of their staff. All very professional and responded very quickly. I ended up finding my truck at a local dealer, but would highly recommend Winona Chrysler to anyone in the market.

I live in MA.

I live in MA. I was very interested in a Jeep they have and would’ve needed shipped to me. That said they would not come down on the price AT ALL to help close the deal. Mind you this is a Jeep and the market is beyond heavy with Jeeps. I wasn’t asking for thousands but some sort of “gesture” of hey ya we can make money still and help a little on your end with shipping. They wouldn’t offer anything. Ironically it’s still for sale.

Straight forward people, no hidden numbers, Gordy and

Straight forward people, no hidden numbers, Gordy and Monica were great to work with! Patient. I was coming from a ways out of town to see a vehicle, they made sure it was available to see and drive. we didn't decide the first day and came back two days later and purchased the truck. I Would recommend this dealer.

best experience ever buying a car

Jesse Brown and Monica Lewis are amazing. My new (used) car is a big step up in technology from my old car. Jesse was so good about explaining everything, sometimes more than once till i got it!! Monica took care of all the financing. She explained everything and got me a great rate!! These two people are beyond wonderful at their jobs. Would go there again in heartbeat when i need another car. i was very nervous when i first walked in the door, but that disappeared as i worked with these two amazing individuals!!! Thank you Jesse and Monica. Still loving my car!!

Talked to the salesman as I was leaving home and he said...

Talked to the salesman as I was leaving home and he said yes the truck was available and to come to the dealer and find him and we could look at the truck but when I got there he was nowhere to be found and the truck was in detail to get ready for the person who had put money down on it earlier that day! If he would have told me the truck had money put down on it I wouldn’t have wasted driving 120 miles for nothing!

Trade-In Experts

I used Winona Chrysler to trade-in my damaged vehicle for a used vehicle. Gabriel Longhini did an excellent job of helping me through the process and answering any questions I had. At the time I was working with my insurance with a claim on the vehicle. He was extremely patient, helpful, and quick to respond back when I texted him any questions I had. He even took my car in to get an estimate on the damage for my insurance since I am not from the Winona area and needed that done! My in-laws also purchased a used car from this location, and LOVE it. My family and I have had an overall great experience.

Excellent buying experience

I've never special ordered a vehicle before and my ordering circumstances were rather unique. After literally being turned away by another dealership in Rochester, I was pleasantly surprised at Larry and Andy's willingness to work with me. I even got a great deal. Larry's guidance through the ordering process was superb. Upon delivery, I was very impressed with Larry's knowledge and willingness to provide a very comprehensive lesson in regards to helping me learn and set up all of the features and setting of my new vehicle. (Ram 3500 Laramie). I would highly recommend checking them out.

Bad People that deal with public

The person I was Dealing with didn't know anything about the used van that I was looking at he kept telling me that he would have to look it up on the computer when we got back to the building he took me in side to take my infurmachin then he took me to the lady that does the financing and she was rude to me told me that they could not help me because of my bills. But I went in there because they had and that was nothing down and the credit didn't matter so I was very angry at them because they had that add both of them were very rude to me.
