I used Winona Chrysler to trade-in my damaged vehicle for a used vehicle. Gabriel Longhini did an excellent job of helping me through the process and answering... any questions I had. At the time I was working with my insurance with a claim on the vehicle. He was extremely patient, helpful, and quick to respond back when I texted him any questions I had. He even took my car in to get an estimate on the damage for my insurance since I am not from the Winona area and needed that done! My in-laws also purchased a used car from this location, and LOVE it. My family and I have had an overall great experience.
I've never special ordered a vehicle before and my ordering circumstances were rather unique. After literally being turned away by another dealership in... Rochester, I was pleasantly surprised at Larry and Andy's willingness to work with me. I even got a great deal. Larry's guidance through the ordering process was superb. Upon delivery, I was very impressed with Larry's knowledge and willingness to provide a very comprehensive lesson in regards to helping me learn and set up all of the features and setting of my new vehicle. (Ram 3500 Laramie). I would highly recommend checking them out.

The person I was Dealing with didn't know anything about the used van that I was looking at he kept telling me that he would have to look it up on the... computer when we got back to the building he took me in side to take my infurmachin then he took me to the lady that does the financing and she was rude to me told me that they could not help me because of my bills. But I went in there because they had and that was nothing down and the credit didn't matter so I was very angry at them because they had that add both of them were very rude to me.
We found a vehicle we had been looking for through Cars.com and contacted Eric at Chrysler-Winona, he got back to me right away and kept me up to date... on the vehicles availability. We arranged a day to make the three hour drive to Winona and at the end of the day they'd made a sale and we'd made a purchase. From beginning to end what I appreciated the most was that we were given the time to reach our own decision without any pressure from them and that once we made the decision to buy that we were able to negotiate what we felt was a good deal on both ends, for the new vehicle and for the trade in. All was good.
I purchased a used, eleven-year-old van from Chrysler Winona and it broke down four miles down the road. I had purchased it "as is" so I feared the worst.... However, I called the salesman Larry who along with Andy the manager, completely made it right. Their mechanics found the defect, a wiring harness issue, and the car now runs beautifully. I was very impressed by the pride they take in their products and customer service. A car dealership with lots of integrity!!!!! Highly recommended.
After buying a used van from Winona Chrysler, the car totally shut down 4 miles down the road. We knew we bought it "as is" and feared the worst. However... we called the salesman Larry and he and the manager Andy took the car back and together with their mechanics solved the problem.....a wiring harness defect, not a minor problem. They repaired the car with no cost us and we were on our way. They are not shabby, scheister dealers but a business which employs people of integrity. We would encourage you to not be afraid to purchase a used car(or new for that matter) from them. They are excellent.
I was very happy with how they responded to my inquiry about jeeps, they are just to far away from me to make a visit.
I like the lounge area and the kids area a lot. They are honest and keep loop on what I options you have for repair.
I took my vehicle in several occasions because something was wrong, but when they checked everything was working. I don’t think they checked well enough... and they did a wrong diagnose because when I went back they acknowledge the problem. First it was the backup camera and now the automatic lights. In the top of that my vehicle has a big scratch in the bumper that I don’t think it happened anywhere else.
