Gio &service team were great.

Gio &service team were great. I arrived expecting the usual Uber ride home. There was no alert that this assist was no longer available when I scheduled. Most inconvenient!

We purchased our van in 2017 or so and we chose the

We purchased our van in 2017 or so and we chose the lifetime oil changes and we’re still using them in 2025. The service team went above and beyond for us. This last time we came in for an oil change They helped secure my bumper that was dragging on the cement. Another time they got us some used tires when ours were low. Even though I have a bunch of kids with me a lot of times, the staff has never given me a snobby nose look for having children. It’s easier to set an appointment and get in the kids like coming and eating the popcorn out of the lobby while we wait. It looks like Lithia is glad to have customers for years to come.

These guys do a great job maintaining our 2017 Armada

These guys do a great job maintaining our 2017 Armada Unlimited. We take our Armada there because we have lifetime free oil changes because we bought the car there from them. We drop it off and soon the mechanics text videos of current and near future service needs and let you decide in the text which you accept and which you decline by checking a box. They measure your brake pad thicknesses and give you a timeline of future replacement. We’ve been servicing this car there for 8 years now and the car runs great! The people here are friendly and professional. We love this dealership. Thank you Lithia for taking care of us! Rich Wolf

I appreciate that I am treated kindly, and Gio treats me like family. The only thing that I did not like, after all the years that I have done business with this dealership, were the prices. I understand tariffs and inflation have caused prices to rise. I hope later years the prices can go down. Thanks!
