LEE prevented my repair coverage from Nissan
The service manager @ LEE Nissan Auburn (Steve) prevented the manufacturer from covering a repair caused by a failure of the truck to perform a basic function. Nissan told me it was at the discretion of the dealership as to whether it would be covered. The service manager claims the damage was due to 7000 lbs of tongue weight. The truck never has been over loaded that way. The truck has 31k miles and the trailer I hauled was leveled before my drive from FL. The truck is a diesel and is built to haul 15k lbs and 5000 lb tongue weight. The GVW of the trailer is only 10k lbs. Steve caused Nissan to reject my repair claim with no knowledge of what was towed. As a long time Nissan customer I have never been treated so poorly, and my next vehicles will not be Nissan products. Thanks Steve the service manager!

Michael, while we can appreciate the frustration that may arise with issues with vehicles, our service manager does stand by his determination that the vehicle was not used as it was rated for. As you stated the trailer is 10K pounds and was towed on a hitch rated for only 5,000 lbs. While the truck may be rated for a higher towing capacity, the hitch itself was not. We would be happy to discuss this further with you if you would like.

Ross is the man to see when visiting lee Nissan in Auburn! Ross always gets me right in when I need something repaired. He’s always straight forward and honest. I’m always in and out of service in less time then quoted. I travel an hour just for the piece of mind of knowing I will be well taken care of at lee Nissan of auburn.

Marked improvement in service and attitude
My recent experience with Lee Nissan service department was great. I have had some problems with the department in the past. Even though they are much more convenient to my residence, I have passed them up for service in the last few years. I decided to try them again, and my experience was great. I have two Nissan vehicles, and I drive up to 50,000 miles a year. Good dealer service is important to me. I hope the good service continues.

Good Service
Service was pretty good never bought a car before and my parents have had good luck there so I thought I’d try it out. Didn’t end up getting a car but the service was excellent.
