Impossible to reach anyone at the service desk - it rings and rings and then if the operator answers she puts you right back into the loop endlessly. If you express frustration you get the cold shoulder and your message probably never reaches the intended person. Get a freaking voice mail system guys!

I just purchased my first Kia through Charlie's. The process was quick and upfront at all times. Customer service was great, and unlike other dealers, I didn't feel like I was being swindled. Salesman answered all my questions and was friendly throughout our interactions.

This is my 4th car purchase from Charlies. Each time I have been treated with professionalism and respect. This time I got the sale of the century because of the rebates that were available to me. Also got a great trade in on my 3 year old car. Paid much less than I was planning on spending. That certainly doesn't always happen.

Had a recall on door handles done and they messed it up! Now passenger door doesn't open. I live 4.5 hours away. Asked if I could have fixed at Dealership in Canada 5 min away. Canada 1st says no but Charlies says yes. Then it went back and forth. Finally yes and I make appt. get there an everything changed. I call Charlies and talk to all new people and they say no. what the xxxx is wrong with you people.
