Great Service Department
Ryan and Adam in the service department are always very helpful, friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. We always feel like our vehicle is in good hands with the employees at Roberson's Albany Ford. This is for an oil change.

Great Service, efficient and on time!
Could not believe how efficient it was. Historically I have to either wait at dealers for the work to be completed or a long period for a ride. Robertson’s did an excellent job, I got to work on time and was picked up when I finished. My car was ready.....could not believe it!

Excellent service
Prompt attention - I always wait at the dealership while the service is being performed as I live 30 miles away. Whatever time of day my appointment is scheduled for, they seem to get to it very quickly and keep my wait time to a minimum.

Highly recommend Roberson Ford
This is my 3rd new vehicle that I have purchased working with TJ Nesbitt and I am completely dedicated to him and his staff for any future purchases. Mike Kindopp is fantastic, explaining the features of my F350 King Ranch and making sure the Ford Pass app was on my phone. Mike has gone out of his way in the past to bring by a new truck for my wife and I to look at and continues do what he can to make this latest purchase enjoyable. Completely satisfied!

Great Service

Great experience but no follow up.
Friendly advisors and ease of scheduling. Service was great, staff very helpful in getting my truck in and out in a timely manner. However my main concern was identified and details (snapshot) was sent to Ford for review. I had to call to get updates. I understand it is “with” Ford but should have liked to receive a call a few weeks later letting me know they still have not heard back. As a retired dealership master mechanic I understand the importance of follow up with customers and factory. If you have a problem that has not been corrected and has been identified follow up is needed if you receive no results in a timely manner. Not knowing or no follow up leads to customer dissatisfaction.
