Sorry no deal
Went to trade my vehicle in for a $60000 truck , first off the inside was still pretty dirty, I drove it down the road it pulled to the side and the breaks were horrible, this was after their 72 point certified inspection The tech took it for a ride came back and told someone that it drove down the road just fine, well I work on cars I’m not dumb. The finance guy talked to me like I was stupid, I already was approved to buy this truck, I was trading in a brand new vehicle and my truck, I told them we would have to pass, if they lied about that what else would have happened

My salesman, Ryan, worked with me to find a great deal at a price I could afford. He gave me a great trade-in value for my car. So much was done over the phone and online that the actual signing and driving away was quick and easy. Bailey Ford of Malone made my car- buying dream come true. The dealership and employees are awesome. However, I am VERY dissatisfied/disappointed with the ecosport. I have owned several Ford vehicles, and this is by far the worst vehicle I have ever purchased. The brakes make a constant noise, and the engine feels like it has no power at all. In fact, I have had some close calls with either driving into the back of someone , or being rear-ended myself. I did reach out to the Ford company, but they were of no assistance. I will definitely take this into consideration on my next car purchase.
