knowledgeable staff is great

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and raised a few that I forgot to ask. How my new Fusion lasts forever, but if not, I'll purchase through them again.

Excellent used car buying experience!

Though we're not Ford owners, we were very pleased with our experience buying a used car from Northtown Ford. Jeremy in Sales was prompt, accommodating, friendly, and not pushy. Steve in Finance was also very friendly, efficient, and professional. Thank you!

Great Service, as usual . . .

I so enjoy NorthTown Ford's courtesy vehicle delivery. As a single woman, it is frequently difficult to arrange transport to or from the dealership whenever my vehicle needs service. The ability to drop off my car and have it delivered back to me at work is invaluable and is one of the MAIN reasons that I utilize the dealership service department. Without it, I'd probably go to to a Jiffy Lube or something. Customer service is EVERYTHING and Northtown Ford understands that precept in spades!

great service but bad fuel mpgs with ecoboost

I bought a 2014 f150 lariat supercrew with the ecoboost. Your salesman jay was excellent to deal with, he was very cooperative thru the whole sale.The only issues I have ate the bedrug that was installed did not fit like it should, which I will be bringing back when I come that way.also I am very disappointed in the fuel economy on this truck, I drive this like a baby and can't even get 19 on the highway.it is not even close to what ford has it rated.my 2010 had a 5.4 and got a consistent 21mpg.i just hope that this improves with time, or maybe there is something that can be done to make it better.love the truck, but the mpgs suck.
