A while back I took my 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500 in for

A while back I took my 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500 in for an inspection. I was told it would not pass because the frame was cracked. I said then I'll take it in and have the frame welded. They looked at me and said. You can't do that it would be on record. Instead of getting a second opinion I took them for their word. They showed me 2 trucks the first one was $800. a Month. Just like the one I had but this one was white. The second one was a over $400.00 so I took this deal but they only gave $2000.00 trade in value. Then they put it on a flat bed it was shipped out. I still have my ven # on my old truck and ran it on the internet a week later. Only to find out they lied to make a sale. The truck was back up for sale for $36,000. So I guess the frame wasn't cracked. I was told by Frenchie himself that there was nothing wrong with the truck. What a joke. Frenchie's did not back their end on getting this pre-owned truck up to standards to pass. They had a temp inspection tag on windshield. Since I have had the truck. I have put in well over $2000. Of repairs. New windshield because it was cracked, new muffler system complete because it had a flex pipe in it. And the A/C compressor was rusted off the mount and just hanging there. Little over $1300.00 later now the A/C works completely. No thanks for Frenchie Reps not going good on replacing any item I a 9.5 year Veteran Disabled of the United States Army. Thanks to another garage NOT Frenchie's who made promises and did good by them and made a Veteran smile.

Service

I was in for an oil change and asked them to rotate the tires but when I went to pay there wasn?t anything on the bill about tire rotation so I?m guessing they forgot

Customer service

Did not have good service at all. I bought a new trax a week ago had to go in and get my rotors changed out because they were rusted! I would think they would fix that issue in the beginning before I bought the trax. Second thing, I had to sit there for 4 hours for them to work on and then they decide to come out and tell me it?s going to be another 2 hours . They knew how long this was going to take they should have gave me a vehicle to use so I did not have to sit there that long . Customer service was horrible ! I will not recommend any one to go !!
