We were welcomed by Steve Black ,who by the way made us feel very at ease. We were there to get a price on a trade or cash for our old car. We ended up doing a trade for a new 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage. We LOVE it. They made us feel good in the whole process. I would purchase again and recommend anyone to go there.

For prices it seems normal for top national dealership prices. Everything is ok and no problems. I got a new car this time but the used car I got from them the previous time had full safety check done on it.

I live in Colorado but was in MN for the State Fair, stopped in to look at the i-Miev. Worked with Neil Hinz to buy one and have it delivered to CO when I got back to CO. Very easy to work with, quick processing and very smooth. Hard to find dealers like this anymore, I usually hate the process of buying a new car and this was quick, friendly and simple.

I just bought a new Mitsubishi i-Miev from White Bear Lake Mitsubishi and had a great buying experience. When I first stopped in, I was just looking, and Steve Thureson was very helpful and answered all of my questions without being pushy. The best part is that they are a former Saturn dealer, so no haggling. After thinking about it for a few days, I decided to buy the car, but I live three hours south of the Cities ... a bit beyond the i-car's range. White Bear said they would deliver the car, which clinched the deal, and we did all of the paperwork by mail. When Steve called to discuss the delivery, he said that he'd like to come down and go over the car with me. Did I mention three hours away? He was right on time, and the session was very helpful, since, by then, I had been driving the car for a few days and did have some questions. The car is just what I needed for driving in town and charging off my solar panels and White Bear Lake was great. Thanks, Steve!
