I had a not so happy experience with the quick lube department due to them being very busy, so, I was very upset with the way things went down and talked to z about my experience. He directed my expierence to the proper channels and I had a phone call back immediately, this issue was fixed and he sent me to Ivan who was wonderful! We buy all our cars for our family from Z and he has always done right by us! I have returned to the quick lube to get all my work done once again and will continue to go to see Ivan from here on out due to the service of Mike Z!
