Excellent Experience
I am very excited about my new 2018 Outback. Throughout my adult life, I have often said that I would rather give birth than endure the ordeal of buying a car. I am so pleased to say that my recent experience with Lithia was so pleasant, that I may revise that sentiment. I had a fabulous time from beginning to end. My sales rep, David, was extremely knowledgeable about my new Outback, very patient and very respectful. While the process of buying a new car still took a bit of time, I never felt the pressure or disrespect that this experience usually brings. Thanks Lithia, I have purchased three of my four Subaru?s from you and will most likely return in the future.

Excellent Customer Service Buying a New car
This is the 1st time buying a car on the internet. David Meltzer handled the deal from start to finish. He made the transaction extremely simple. He found the car I was looking for at the very reasonable price. We showed up at the dealership and he took us through the process from start to finish. David also came in on his day off to handle the purchase. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful. I would recommend the dealership and David.

Friendly, helpful
I had a great experience at this dealership. I bought a used car where I found a couple of issue a. Melinda helped not only answering all my questions, but also worked with service on scheduling the needed repairs. I would recommend this dealership and Melinda.

1st brand new car!!!!
I thought about leasing a new vehicle and stopped by Lithia to see what the process looked like. They had a brand new 5-speed Impreza near the entrance, so I took a quick peek inside and decided to start the paperwork without even taking a test drive. Annie treated me like a valued customer. She was informative and helpful throughout the entire process. Instead of leasing the vehicle, I was approved for financing with a reasonable monthly payment! My family will be back soon to trade-in a Mini Cooper for another brand new Subaru! We are grateful for the entire experience with Lithia.

Buying a new car from David Meltzer
David made the new car purchase a breeze. I talked to him on the phone and he found the car I was looking for. Showed up at the dealership and he took care of us through the whole process. He even came in on his day off to handle our car purchase. I would highly recommend the dealership and David.

Customer Centric Dealership
Everyone I have connected with @ Lithia Subaru over the last two years has a smile on their face and can do attitude. This is my second new Subaru Outback. I bought he last Outback one via phone and email with David Meltzer and it was a smooth, no hassle experience. After the first buy, David followed up with me several times to handle any and all questions and concerns. The service team is also great. Never taken more than an 45 minutes for non scheduled oil change/service.

Low pressure/high quality
Roman was great. Showed me the cars that fit what I was looking for. Didn't over sell. The normally tedious task of paperwork and waiting was nearly pleasant. Overall I was there for about 2 hours start to finish and drove off in a low mile very clean used car. Glad I gave them a shot.

Best car experience ever.
I’ve never had good luck at car places. Knowing nothing about cars I’m usually taken advantage of and/or not taken seriously. Then this little Subaru angel, Kiki, changed all that. She was so welcoming and very helpful. She answered every question and I would recommend her to all my friends and family (or strangers for that matter). Thank you, Kiki!

Want some icing on the cake?
Imagine....When you drive up and get very nervous because you see the vehicle that you are interested in, appears to be leaving the lot! I had a moment of dread and sorrow, thinking that someone else had purchased our chosen vehicle! Kiki anticipated our exact arrival time and drove it directly into our hands for another requested test drive! Very impressive! This young woman has a terrific attitude, very helpful and genuine. I truly liked her style in dealing with us for this purchase!
