Over charge on everything, lie about mechanical issues/parts, and ugly people. Ex: went in for an alinement said it didn?t need one it was the rear caliper sticking causing my steering to be off. They replaced them and when getting the car back steering was still off and they said it needs an alignment when I told them that?s what I needed in the first place. Also needed and new front bumper they said there was a part under the bumper that needed to be replaced or it would affect the turbos. Car does not have turbos and charged me for nothing just needed the new bumper. Over charged to fix 2 wires that were under passenger seat that got damaged. Would never recommend Pierson Ford Lincoln, Inc in Aberdeen South Dakota.

Friendly and very professional. The service writers and the sales manager are exceptional. They listen and they explain everything clearly and accurately. The facilities are well kept and user friendly.

The service department narrowed down the problem quickly and fixed it. I was very happy with the explanation of the problem and the quick and efficient way they dealt with it.

I had a very smooth experience. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and knowledgeable about the car. They got everything set up for me, which I don't think that I could have done myself. A lot of technology on the car.
