The HVAC inspection took less time than I thought....

The HVAC inspection took less time than I thought. Although I didn't have my repair done by them, they showed me the area where the problem was although they didn't specifically show me which hose had the issue so I had to do my own diagnosis to identify it.

Christian was helpful and efficient, making sure the oil change was done in a timely manner. He even offered a coupon to save me a little more money. Great service!

Troy "lefty" was great to deal with. We test drove a bunch of cars and he was always happy to grab a key. No pressure. Just a good overall experience. We went home with a 2016 Hyundai Tucson and are really happy with it. We will definitely start our next car search at Beaverton Hyundai.

I talked to I believe his name is Alexander and i made an offer on a used car that was way overpriced and he was an absolute xxxxxx. I am a mechanic so i work on a lot of cars and know their value and he treated me like i was stupid and like I didn’t know anything about cars. He was very disrespectful and has lost a costumer. I would not suggest buying from here since they overprice cars that have big problems as well. He obviously did not know anything about the car he was selling and was just not a good salesman. If your looking at a used car here I would highly suggest going elsewhere.

If you could give a negative star rating we would. After multiple days of negotiating a deal/trade offer we accepted a deal on 2/13/21. She then filled out online credit application and this dealership ran a hard credit check... effecting her credit negatively as most do. However, you expect it when you are actually going to buy/lease a car. BUT>>> After a verifying email that he had no issue and the credit went through just fine on the 13th John stopped all communications. We gave him leeway as the ice and snow storm hit. Yet after things opened back as the weather got better, still no word. We then looked on line and what do you know, car no longer listed in the inventory!? We assume the car was sold to another, yet still no communication after 4 days even after running the credit check. So, was some other buyer willing to not negotiate in depth and buy the car for more money than the proposed offer to us? Is the dealership so disorganized that they do not now if a vehicle is still available before running said checks? So, unprofessional to not even follow through and communicate that there was a mistake... not even to give some lame excuse of what happened? Or a combination of some/all of these? At the very least be wary...

They treated me professionally and I felt fully safe in the waiting area. The service team installed my optional roof crossbars at no additional charge. I am very pleased with everything at Beaverton Hyundai.

Really great experience. I could trust Travis and Brian, they looked out for my best interest and were fun to work with. Didn’t like the VIN etch mandate/surprise and took way too little for trade in but that’s all part of it, I guess. Your sales guys were awesome. I’d definitely refer friends and family.
