If I could give Beaverton INFINITI no stars I would. I just bought a 2012 Hyundai Genesis from them that has only 82,500 miles on it, at first the car drove absolutely amazing, but after the first 2 weeks of owning the car, the transmission started to give it out! Every time it shifts up to 2nd gear it revs up really high then clunks as it shifts, and as soon as I get the car home it completely dies on me! I called Beaverton INFINITI to resolve the issue, but all they did was send me to another dealership, which tried to bill me with the repair fees. I called Beaverton INFINITI again because they should take care of the fees to repair the xxxx thing, they told me I had to pay out of my pocket and they would reimburse me with a check because they don't have an account linked with the dealership they sent me to to get the car repaired, but as you can guess I checked with the other dealership and found out they do have an account and all they needed was a P.O. number! The manager from Beaverton INFINITI completely lied to me and I had to go back in person just so I could get the P.O. number, not to mention I had to get a rental car just to get around and that was out of my expense as well. To this day my car still has transmission issues and they are willing to do nothing about it, all they did was tell me to put a new battery in it and it should be fine, which it's not obviously. I drive my family around everyday and to think that they were willing to sell me this to my wife, son, and I is absolutely ridiculous.

Our service department is set up to diagnose and repair Infiniti vehicles, so when a customer purchases a used vehicle, we will often times send any necessary repairs out to a dealership that sells and services in that specific make. The Hyundai dealership gave your vehicle a clean bill of health after a full diagnosis, and we trust that they would do the best job diagnosing your vehicle, as it is a Hyundai. You were concerned about the battery, and even though wear-out items like a battery are not covered under the limited pre-owned warranty we provide, we went ahead and reimbursed you for that anyway. The manager you spoke to regarding the reimbursement was unaware that we had a different way of paying for those repairs rather than having you pay first and get paid back later, so we apologize for making that more difficult than it needed to be.
Easy buying experience
I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee latitude. It's a great car and Doug Ness was so helpful. Greg was also really great. I work swing shift and they made it work to bring the car to me at my house, test drive and sign all the paperwork. I was dreading sitting in a dealership for hours, but I got to sign it in my kitchen instead. Car is in great shape, only 27000 miles, warranty, super clean. I hopped for the warranty as I read multiple reviews on transmission issues. So far, it's been great! The only thing it's missing that I thought it had, is heated seats.

BRILLIANT EXPERIENCE
I hate care shopping, but love cars. Beaverton Infiniti (BI) has helped me overcome my phobia of car shopping. I keep expecting to have bad experiences, but now couldn't go anywhere else. Izzy (Israel) my sales rep is brilliant. He is friendly (not fake), extremely helpful, gets to the point and has always made me feel comfortable without that pressure known to exude from the pores of car salespeople. Crazy weird to me NOT to feel like underneath it he was only watching his sales line. I have boughten 3 cars from him over the past 7 years. I get itching to buy a new experience every few years, last one was the FX35 ( needed the space to coach my kid's soccer) this past week I got to pick one for me - traded it in and got the Q50 - sweet ride; handles like its on rails, passes in a blink with 328 horse power (faster than my previous Mustang GT my kids fought ovver so they didn't have to sit sideways in the back). I know salesmen need to sell cars, thats their job, but I have looked and walked away often at many dealerships always feeling like I was resented for it, but I have NEVER felt that way at BI. That means a lot when you get the itch to get a new car about every 2-3 years. Freaky to me that I have done 3 straight Infiniti cars, but have you driven one? They are a blast to drive. I have always had amazing service there too, in fact the service department is a major reason I keep coming back, and oh, yeah, the cars are a ton of fun to drive. I am happy to recommend BI to anyone, and I have NEVER felt that way about a dealership! Thanks Izzy! Dr. T

Great place to buy a car
Excellent buying experience with Isreal in getting deal on 2015 Q50 I was satisfied with. After buying three cars from Izzy I feel he is very good at his craft and keeping my interests at the forefront. Look forward to having Izzy help me get the deal of lifetime if the need arrives in future.

Good communication
Dealer contact was immediate, and friendly, without being pushy. I did not purchase a vehicle from them because they would not negotiate price, they strongly believe that they post a fair price on all vehicles, I don't disagree, but I like to negotiate and I got the impression that they would not so I ended communication.

Awesome Dealership!
My wife and I went to Beaverton Infiniti because we were referred by our son who recently purchased his first car there. I told my son I was looking for a Ford F150, he said they have all types of cars, trucks and SUV's. So we decided to go check them out, we were told to ask for a young lady named Hollie. Hollie was super professional, very courteous and has a great amount of knowledge about cars which is very helpful. We purchased our Ford F150 from Beaverton Infiniti and have experienced outstanding service at Beaverton infiniti. They are honest, and work hard to make sure you are getting a quality car at a fair price. I would recommend them to ANYONE looking for a car. My son was right, they make you feel like family! I went to Beaverton Infiniti to find a new car. As I walked in, I was greeted by a lady named Hollie, Hollie was super professional, very well dressed (I must Say) and she made this process so fast/easy. Hollie and Ryan were both a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to provide me with good service. I left Beaverton Infiniti with my new Mini Cooper and could not be happier with my choice to buy my car from Beaverton Infiniti.
