I needed my Impreza serviced asap!
I needed my Impreza serviced asap! Gresham Subaru was there for me. I called another Subaru dealership where I used to live and couldn’t even get through to schedule. Gresham Subaru got me in the very next day! Not only did they get my car in immediately, but had it done the next day. There was a slight problem, which was immediately taken care of and I was even offered a car to drive if they couldn’t get it done same day. I was treated with respect and felt relaxed even tho I was spending a great deal of money for service my Subaru really needed. I love the text alert system to approve services needed since I live quite a ways away in the Columbia River Gorge. Gresham Subaru is my go to place from now on! I highly recommend them! My car is running like new! They are experts at what they do!!

Bought a car at a fair price and had an easy transaction
Bought a car at a fair price and had an easy transaction with Client Advisor Dan Tenneson and General Sales Manager Zac Caverhill. Sent a message through Gresham Subaru website that I was interested in a car from inventory and we agreed on the price by email. 2nd Subaru bought from Gresham Subaru, good experience with both.

My frustration is the phone service for the Service
My frustration is the phone service for the Service Department! I had to call for times to ask if my car had been serviced and was ready for me to pickup. The phone calls were answered by very nice people who worked in other areas of the dealership and were not connected to the Service department. When I left my car I was offered a ride back home which was very nice. The young man who greeted me upon arrival was knowledgeable and polite. I was given a ride back to the dealership to get my car. It is very disappointing and frustrating to call Service and not be able to talk with someone in that department. At one time a message told be the phone was full and couldn’t leave a message. Another time the used car department answered and tried to help. It is not the people at the dealership but the type of phone service that is being used. Perhaps that is where most calls are coming in to - the Service department. Somehow the phone service needs an upgrade. The people are certainly not the problem
