Worst experience with servicing my car.

Worst experience with servicing my car. Between charging for a service that didn't fix the car, keeping my car for three months with no communication or call backs from a manager, then trying to charge $8,000 more, I was upset. When Rob Rogers (Service Director) then demeaned me with air quotes while shouting and being deplorably disrespectful, I hope no one ever has to deal with someone like him. He is a stain on Subaru and the reason no one should ever trust their car to him.

Very knowledgeable and very courteous.

Very knowledgeable and very courteous. I always feel confident when I have my car serviced at Gresham Subaru. They check everything out and have never tried to sell me anything that isn’t necessary. I’ve been able to call them for advice. The staff is very polite. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Scheduled oil change. They never tell me I need anything that isn’t needed. Very polite and knowledgeable staff. Always respectful. I’ve had a young man, I believe his name is Joseph, very polite and through. Extremely satisfied with my service
