Giselle was great! The car is wonderful. The dealership has been well updated and we got a great deal. I just wish that while we were there, there was more clarification as to why each step took so long. We knew what car we wanted. We had all our documents. But it still took 2.5 hours to get the car. Communication between steps would be nice for future purchases.
