    Apparently they tend to take advantage of less than knowledgeable customers. My 78 year old mother in law took her 2008 Legacy in for it's normal service... at 120,000 miles. She had no complaints with the vehicle, she just knew it had reached the requisite mileage. She ended up with a $2500 service bill for a car that's not even worth $1500. Some service adviser just made his month.

Subaru Delivery Specialist, were both very helpful with explaining everything about the car I was interested in. They made sure that I knew how to operate all of the safety and electronic features of my car. Lastly, it's sad that I don't remember the name of the person from Finance, who helped me secure car loan from Chase Bank with a 0.9% interest rate - I appreciate you!     Daniel and TJ helped us with our new Crosstrek. A big difference at Royal Moore Subaru is the folks helping us treated us in a genuine way. We had an... idea of what we wanted but the sale was confirmed by the way we were treated there. Daniel went over all the options and helped find the most suitable style. TJ helped us get going and we are not very tech savvy!! Paperwork was fast and efficient. Especially since we came in the late evening. Oh and loving the Crosstrek :)
