We have just purchased our 5th vehicle from Anderson Koch Ford. You cannot ask for more friendly, caring, courteous, and accommodating company and staff. Our day was a bit long at the dealership, no ones fault, just a busy day, so the owner offered to buy us lunch! This place is wonderful. You walk in and they truly know who you are, no checking the computer first! We tell everyone how much we appreciate the service we get. Jeff is wonderful to work with. He makes the buying experience easy, not frustrating!

First time buying truck from Anderson and Koch
From the begining my experience was great, the salesman Tim Luke was not pushy and was very helpful, a very nice person, Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was super nice and very helpful. Very good customer service. I would buy from them again for sure.

Excellent work and service
Had two service light appear two days before we were to go out of town. Called Anderson Koch and got an appointment for the next day. They couldn?t promise they could fit me in . But they did fit my car into their schedule and fixed the problem and the work was covered under warranty. It was an emissions problem that required replacing two parts. Thank you for prompt and reliable service. Because of you we were able to make our trip the next day.

Great Customer Service
This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. My first experience 5 years ago was not nearly as pleasant as this most recent one. The sales associate that helped me was Rob. He made the buying process very painless for me and took into consideration the time crunch I was in.
