Alan Web Nissan is the best place ever for getting your car serviced. Stacy in the service dept. makes real sure everything is taken care of with the professional... care and expertise that everyone deserves. She is a GEM! Make sure you get your car washed. This is a free service that cannot be beat. It is hand washed and comes out looking like the car is brand new again. I never had a wash so thorough before. I could not find any spots missed. Incredible service!

Everything from making the appointment to paying the bill went well, just as i expected. The above line was a succinct expression of my experience, I... consider it a good report that reflects well on your business. Forcing me to go back and extend my review does not reflect well on your customer service. I don't remember the name of the service person, I could take the time to find it on the receipt, but your records should tell who took care of me, no need for me to spend that time. I'm sure all your people are great. In fact one of the mechanics walked me to the service office, good job. If you want to make a good impression on customers, just take a good review as it stands. I was satisfied, and will be back again, so I am responding -- next time you bug me about not giving you enough, I'll just not respond. Your service and sales people do a good job. Your survey people don't know how to deal with customers. You should fix that. I just tried to submit this again and found that you wouldn't accept it if I didn't check the number of stars -- AGAIN. Don't tempt me to switch from four stars to one, just because your people don't know how to conduct a good survey.
had a very pleasant time the only problem was that we had an appointment at a certain time and it was an hour and a half later. We are also interested... in a 2019 rogue when the new ones come out and you need to get rid of the 2019`s we would want to trade in our 2016.

Our Rouge started sounding like a jet engine at 40,000 miles. The service center replaced the final gear drive bearing and some other gears that shown... wear. We got it back and it was gone for a day, then came back with the vengeance of a banshee. We took it back in, they video the noise and sent it to Nissan for appraisal. After some back and forth with Nissan, they finally changed the whole transmission. the noise is gone and it running like a champ again.
