Great buying experience… thanks IZAYAH!!
Our sales representative, Izayah, was amazing. He was the epitome of customer service to the core. He didnt pressure us to do anything or look at anything we werent interested in. He listened to what it was we wanted and he helped us with exactly that. He even drove us into the back lot to look at a vehicle we were interested, in a vehicle that was catching our eye out front. I didnt really want to drive anything because I wasnt quite ready to push the go button on buying a car just yet. But riding in the truck and looking at the vehicle we were interested in in the back lot allowed me to compare and really get a feel for what vehicle I did want the vehicle in the back lot wasnt what we were thinking it was going to be and I decided to test drive the truck now. That was all it took. Izayah let us go drive it. He knew we had a time limit to talking about a deal, as my husband had to work that day. He made everything happen within that timeframe. They gave me a discount for being a nurse, which made me feel good. I feel that right now especially, theres not a lot of appreciation for what I do, being a nurse, and that helped me feel good about my career during these difficult times from COVID. Izayah got us the deal we wanted and the payments were right there and I got my new RAM truck. It was a great buying experience. And I absolutely love my new truck!!

Was super excited about getting our dream car! Though, once they got most of the deal settled... we brought it in multiple times for oil changes (which you only get one free). They didn't fix the issue and had actually not done ANY OF IT, and charged us for every one. It was a modified vehicle and they sold us a bogus warranty saying that it was good for the car. Within the 60 days, the car had a lot of issues and they had sent us to our local dealer, and sent their own inspector. Needless to say they kept saying there was no problem. There was and it was confirmed. Then, they told us the warranty won't work, and we had to pay out of pocket. We had told the manager, and they denied to even help us even though it was THEIR bogus warranty. This dealership doesn't care for the quality of the car or value their customers in my own personal experience. We were so heartbroken over the neglect that they had shown to us as customers.

We have already discussed this situation, and it was made very clear that we will be assisted no further. I hate leaving negative reviews especially being in business. But an effort wasn't even made or just apparently wasn't a decision for us.
I purchased a vehicle from Lithia Dodge about 5 weeks...
I purchased a vehicle from Lithia Dodge about 5 weeks ago. I should start off by saying that my experience the Jaime the salesman was good...no complaints. We had agreed on a price but the day before I was coming in to pick up the vehicle I received an email that the sales manager could not let the vehicle go for the agreed upon price and asked me to pay $1500 more. We eventually agreed to split the difference. I still thought it was a good deal but I was still disappointed that they didn't keep there word. After 3 weeks of driving the vehicle I was having some issues with the brakes. I took it to a local dealer and was told that the front and rear calipers were not releasing completely causing damage to the rotors and pads and that the emergency brakes were seizing up. I then took the vehicle to Lithia Dodge in Portland to get the work completed covered Lithia's 60 day/3000 mile warranty. They had the vehicle 10 days and the only thing that was repaired was the emergency brakes. They would not cover the rest of the braking system because they were "wear and tear" items. I understand the rotors and pads but calipers should last longer than the 61000 miles that are on the vehicle. Total repair quote from my local dealer to replace all calipers rotors and pads is $1000. I will probably end up doing this myself. Fast forward to yesterday...The weather here reached 70 degrees and I turned on my AC only to find no cold air coming out. I took it again to my local dealer and was told that there was a hole in the compressor and that there was no refrigerant in the system. The service tech said that the leak was not recent. Total repair quote $750. Apparently it was overlooked in Lithia's 160 point inspection. I just reached out to Lithia to see if the AC is covered under my warranty or if this is another "wear and tear' item. I was also told that the tires needed to be replaced because they are so weather checked between the treads. It was suggested that driving around town was fine on the tires but recommended that I avoid towing and taking long trips. Cost of new tires is roughly $1000. In the first few weeks owning this vehicle I am going to be investing nearly $3000. I would have preferred that Lithia had been thorough in their inspection and taken care of these items and added them to the price of the vehicle. I purchased this vehicle from Lithia because they are a well established and well know dealership. I read reviews of the dealership before pulling the trigger on my purchase and I felt good because of all the positive experiences that other consumers had shared. I wanted to be one of those people. I realize that I am one person and the fact that they will never get my business or any of my friends or family's business will not affect such a large dealership but I still wanted to share my experience.

I sent a response to the service manager on 4/8/21 giving him my personal email to discuss my concerns. I am still waiting on a response. Also, I asked the service department in Portland if the failed AC condenser was covered by my 60 day 3000 mile warranty back in March and never got a response. I got tired of waiting and scheduled and paid for the repairs myself at my local Ford dealer. Horrible experience.
Very Satisfied!
Me and the wife went to just “look at vehicles” but you know how that goes. We walked around their whole lot and see what kind of options they had. At first we wanted to buy a used Jeep and we test drove one and really liked it but when we walked in the show room floor and saw the 2021 Jeep High Altitude, we had to to take it home! Xavier Villanueva our sales representative made it happen! Thank you so much. The Jeep is an amazing vehicle!

Went to purchase a truck they advertised first trip truck wasn’t there they said the costumer trading it in still had it and it would be in over the weekend. As I was working over the weekend I asked if they could hold it until Tuesday morning when I would come in and assuming no issues but the truck. They assured me that they wouldn’t sell it out from under me and I had first shot. I called Tuesday morning to verify before I drove the 35-40 miles to get there. They said it would be ready for me. When I got there was told a service tech had taken it to run an errand. I waited 30 minutes. Then they told me the price was 18000 more than the advertised priced. I showed the sales person(Luis Murillo) the ad that listed price and vin number and he went to talk to his sales manager. Sales manager came and told me it was a typo and they would not honor that price. I told him according to the laws of Washington he was required to honor that price. He said that because I mentioned an attorney he could no longer speak to me he then said someone else was writing a check for the truck as we spoke. These guys lie and are dishonest. They do not obey the law. Don’t go here
