Growing up in Union gap and Yakima my father was always looking for businesses he could trust and count on for support if needed. He found those qualities in the staff at Pingrey Ford and continued, purchasing his vehicles from them for over 40 years. Occasionally I’d ride along with him when he purchased a new vehicle and I could see that he and Pingrey staff had a good relationship. So much so, I really enjoyed the experience. Because of that, my wife and I have been purchasing and driving their vehicles for the last 15 years and will continue to do so.. For me, purchasing a new vehicle from them is like stopping by to visit family. And just like dad, It’s the entire team at Pingrey’s that keeps us coming back.

We had issues with our warranty (did not want to pay) to cover our transmission. They took the time to show/explain what was wrong and what needed to be fixed/replaced. Also, they gave us a loaner car during this time.
