Pingrey Ford

We were on vacation, July 25, 22, when a message came up on our pickup saying we needed to get it to a shop. We called the Astoria,OR and Aberdeen, WA Ford dealerships, who neither one would even look at our pick up for 2 to 4 weeks. Not knowing what to do we called Pingrey Motors in Selah and talked to their service manager, Todd. We have dealt with Todd over the years and he has always been honest with us and very helpful. He gave us some suggestions and looked up our VIN number and located a, recall which ended up being our problem. It was so nice being able to talk to someone, even though we were 5 1/2 hours away since the Astoria and Aberdeen Ford dealerships wouldn't even attempt to help us. The Astoria dealership did finally have us a name of an Automotive garage who worked us, that day, even though they were swamped!

Understanding no one reading this has any reason to take my word for things, I will leave the following feedback regarding a recent purchase experience with Pingrey Motor Company: I had been searching for my retirement 'dream car' for some time when I came across a used 2018 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport at Pingrey Motors. I spent more than 6 months searching for this car and living near Phoenix, AZ I only found the absolute perfect fit [Corvette] near Yakima, WA. I was very cautious and I think I put the sales team and finance department through the ringer to ensure I was getting a great car and to ensure I wasn't going to regret it in the long run. (*I'd been through at least 5 other deals where I found the deal/dealership were less than honest and bailed out on each one.) Let me say that without exception I had one of THE best experiences while purchasing a vehicle in my life and I can't thank them enough... I stand behind every single one of my ratings and would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to deal with a no-BS group of people. Thank you!

Buying my new truck was very easy with zero pressure or any feeling what so ever that I was ever being taken advantage of

Oil change and tire rotation was good but issue with auto stop start was not fixed to my satisfaction.

Bought the new Bronco. Pingrey Ford was honest and straightforward the whole time. Definitely would buy from them again!

The vehicle lift was not available so the fuel filter could not be replaced. I don?t understand why someone couldn?t access this part to replace. Bobby provides excellent customer service. He communicates very effectively.

I can always trust Pingreys to do it right and not charge an arm and a leg to fix something. Have been a Pingreys customer for service and buying vehicles for several years and I haven’t been disappointed yet.

A perfect visit with the service department. They treated my and my vehicle very well. I would highly recommend this Ford dealership for all of your Ford vehicle needs. I also purchased the f350 there.
