Great staff

I was in search of a new vehicle but unsure what I wanted. The staff was great in helping me find the right fit for my needs. They took extra time to explain each vehicle to me. The whole process was great from beginning to end, I would definitely encourage others to shop with the staff at Kolar. Thank you.

Very Happy Customer

Hello, We had an great experience buying our 2011 GMC Acadia. We worked with Terry Conner and he made the buying process very easy! When we started the buying process I found the GMC Acadia on Kolars website. So we decided to take a drive through the lot so we could look at the SUV. We drove around the lot three times and could not find the Acadia. So we decided to go inside and see if one of the sales reps could help us. That is how we found Terry Conner. Terry tracked down the Acadia for us as it was a new trade in they just received it. So it was not even on the lot yet. Terry took us up to Kolars clean up shop so we could see the Acadia. Once seeing the Acadia we fell in love with it! Then we started all the paper work and worked with Tom the finance rep. He also made the buying process smooth and easy. He showed us all the warranty options they had to offer. Once we made our decision we then were able to finance and purchase the Acadia. The big day arrived to pick up the Acadia Terry and Tom both made us feel like we were the only customers they had. They both had awesome customer service and really made us feel confident in our purchase. The one thing that Kolar does for customers. Is take them on a tour of all the different departments. The tour was a wonderful experience. Being able to see where we would bring our Acadia to have the oil changed and to be serviced. This tour really made Kolar stand out from other local dealerships in our opinion. We have purchased from other dealerships and by far this experience. I would have to say has been the best experience. We have shared with our friends about our car buying experience. I would definitely recommend Kolar. I just want to thank Terry Conner again for all he has done for us! We are VERY proud owners of our 2011 GMC Acadia! Thank you, Megan Jensen

great service

I was waited on promptly and with smiles. I spent the waiting time in the lounge which is very, very nice. Coffee was available for me. A nice young man offered to go bring my car closer to the door since it was a bit slippery outside. Can't get any better than that!!

I brought my truck in during a busy Thanksgiving week and Scott Q. at Kolar was very helpful in explaining to me what needs to be fixed, how long it would take, and accommodated my travel needs while my truck was being fixed.
