    WORST dealership I have ever been to. BUYERS BEWARE.. Purchased a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta TDI on July 11th. I had them put a new wheel on it due to there... being curb rash on one of the rims. (Front drivers side to be exact.) Drove it home and it was shaking pretty bad at 70 MPH. I brought the car to my mechanic thinking it had to be balanced because new wheel and it wasn't shaking much when I test drove it, I figured maybe it just didn't get balanced. My mechanic showed me that all 4 tires were weather worn, cupped on the inside tread, and the rear passenger side tire was actually separating from the rim. NOW you would think this would've been noticed by the techs at the shop when the car was on the lift getting the new wheel put on but apparently not. I did not see this because the inside tread is covered by the fenders, but when the vehicle is on a lift its very noticeable. He also told me the entire wheel hub was shot and the wheel was probably another 1000 miles from falling off. I called Northstar and explained everything, they said there's nothing they can do. Keep in mind they were informed of this within 2-3 weeks of me purchasing the car. I took the car back to my mechanic to have new tires put on and he informed me that ALL 4 RIMS WERE BENT. So thank you Northstar ford, for completely ruining my first time experience with you and selling me a car with MULTIPLE safety hazards.

    2015 Clutch repair and input seals done under warranty. May 2018 doing the same thing was told by service manager it wasn't bad this time and was guaranteed... for life. May 2019 went to fix shuddering again and was told the warranty was gone after seven years. Same thing done Clutch and Seals replacement. This time $2,000.00. Obviously has been an issue with 2012 Ford Focuses. They would not work with me or honor what what the previous Service Person had told me. If in May I was told the warranty would expire July 2018, I would have had it taken care of then. Who wouldn't have. No rocket science there!! No remorse, nothing from the Service Department. We are very sorry Ford has issues but we cannot take care and pay for all their problems. I believe that's what they sell there? How many other people were told the same thing by a former employee? They find out now and it's too late and will not honor this issue. I put my trust in that dealership, bought my car there and always have my services, even oil changes only done there in 7-1/2 years. Never again. Beware. I would never recommend buying or using their services to anybody. Or ever buying a Ford again. Obviously this vehicle has had transmission problems from the beginning. (Lemon Law) Make sure you get second opinions and do your Due Diligence on warranties and Recalls on your own. Do not trust them!!!!

    Horrible!! I will never buy another vehicle here! We financed through them which was mistake number 1. They said they run multiple banks and get you the... best deal, LIE! They said they ran it through our bank and it wasn't the best interest rate. Come to find out when we refinanced through our own bank they never ran it through them, according to our banker. There was no record. Mechanically there was an issue. We brought it to them and they told us nothing was wrong because it didn't throw a code. Are you kidding me!?!! The oil had gas in it, it had a miss, there is a clinking sound coming from under the hood. So my husband ( who is a mechanic) makes the trip back up there to talk to their joke of a service manager. She was very disrespectful. He politely asked if he could show her or one of the mechanics what we were talking about. Absolutely not! From there we continue to get the run around. Northstar Ford calls and asks how things are going and so on. We tell them about the issues and they always say they are going to look into it and never follow up. The last manager that called and said he was on it and going to do something, haven't heard from again. I have held out on writing a review because I was asked by them to, so they have a chance to make it right. We bought our vehicle in July 2018, no right has been made. What a joke! Oh yes and how can I forget that they messed up our title! It went through one bank but a completely different one was on the title!! Now it needs 2 lien releases before our bank can even transfer it. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Thanks Northstar Ford for making our first newer vehicle purchase a nightmare.

    Word of warning to anyone buying a used vehicle from here. If their ad says it has bluetooth connectivity or any other feature, make sure it works before... you buy because their "30 day" warranty probably won't cover to repair it. Even after they said it would!

    Flat out lied to us how our payments would stay the same after putting down $9000 on lease since we wanted to purchase after lease. Turns out it would... double almost. They said we would pay no more taxes when vehicle is purchased and turns out there is roughly a $3000 in taxes to pay. My fault for not reading throw the xxxxxxxx and trusting them. Liars that will do anything to lease you a vehicle knowing full well they are lying to your face.

    I would of given this place 0 stars, but there was only an option to give it 1, so it definitely gets 1. Giving them one star would be a huge overstatement... considering the condition of the car i just bought from them. I bought a 2001 Dodge neon from this dealership on Feb. 11th, 2017. Had it fully inspected next day because it was making some strange really loud noises and is all over the road over 30 mph. It needs new struts, valve cover gasket, oil pan and oil pan gasket, new tire rods, the lug nuts were so rusted on that they couldn't even get them off, the exhaust is rotted through, just to name a few problems they found. There was more than that discovered on the inspection, about 3,000$ worth of mechanical work that needs to be done to this car, and probably even more than that if they got the lug nuts off and figured out whats wrong behind them why they wouldn't come off. The car is not worth 1/10th of what I actually paid for it from this dealership. The salesman made it look like it was a great car, sure its in great condition. WRONG. I HATE this place. When I called the salesman back, he said "Oh, well you bought it AS IS. so that's all I know." Only wish I could get all my money back for the car. I'll be lucky if I get anything back from this car short of having it toed into the scrap yard. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Hopefully this is an eye-opener to anyone thinking of buying a car here.

    It took me a while but in hindsight I realized Northstar Ford manipulated me into buying what THEY wanted me to buy, not what I was looking for. I admit... that it's my fault but I want people to know you should not trust anything they tell you. Their strategy is, if you want a used vehicle, they will tell you and show you the worst is all they have but they will act as though the crappy vehicles they show you are good. They want you to dismiss those crappy cars and trucks and focus on a brand new one for higher profits. Buyer beware.
