This is my 2nd vehicle purchase from North Star Ford. Both times I feel that I was treated right & received top price for my trade.

I visited the dealership with my wife and son in hopes of helping my him purchase his first vehicle, a used Ford Ranger. We test-drove the vehicle and then sat down to go over the financials. We were assured that the vehicle had not been in an accident and was even certified. We went through monthly payment plans and even had the floor manager visit us. We were presented with information about the vehicle, stating that there were no accidents, and explained that we were getting a good deal. However, upon doing some research, the vehicle had indeed been in an accident. I did receive a “we made a mistake” explanation that was a little hard to follow based on the company that they use for background vehicle information. I explained that I could find it easily by googling the VIN #. My hope is two-fold: they do better with checking their background information, and secondly, this does not happen to someone else.

Everything went smoothly, I was in and out in no time at all. I arrived a little early for my appointment and they took my car in right away. Very happy with the service.

Once vehicle was selected, paper work was ready quickly i spent very little time signing and was out of there in no time and out enjoying the new truck. This was by far the easiest car purchase I've ever been part of. Recommend giving them a go.
