I was trying to contact agent and finance team but no response as I need make changes to loan component before my payment due. its been over a week no contact or response from finance team even tried to reach multiple times over call no one there to respond. try to call agent whom I brough car even she is not picking call. Informed to different sales agent and also sales manager to ask finance team for contact but no response. Very bad experience with this people if you need to make any changes related to loan component

We’ve received many compliments on the color. This is our 4th Mercedes and our first saved a family member during an accident with ice and a semi.

Buying a car is never a pleasant experiance for me.
Buying a car is never a pleasant experiance for me. I had high hopes for Mercedes of Bellvue but it was just as unpleasant. First the car feature I wanted was not available which for the price of these cars should have been standard as it is with their competitors. So I wanted to order a car with the features I wanted and I was willing to wait but Mercedes did not want to do this, I was never told why this is. They were able to find a car that was going to final build and were able to change it to add the feature I wanted but it also included several options I did not want. I loved the car so I decided to do this. We put a down payment in March and the car arrived in May. Mercedes preped the car and my husband and I made an appointment to come in with the salesperson. We had an appoinment and all our finances ready to go but we still had to wait for over two hours to meet with the finance person to fill out the forms and the forms were not processed correctly. When we got home we needed to refill out some forms and that process was not easily done with the signatures, it turned out to be rather stressful and frustrating. That being said everyone working there was very professional and nice. The showroom is very clean and nicely done. I love my car, it is wonderful to drive. I do need to bring it in to have the windshield wiper fluid reservior looked at. It is not properly sealed and all the fluid drained out of it. This will be my first experince with the service area so I hope it will go smoothly. There is also a flaw on the drivers side arm rest that I will need to have replaced, I will discuss at my appointment.

A very disappointing and stressful experience in the
A very disappointing and stressful experience in the purchase of my first Mercedes at this Bellevue dealership. The salesperson (Jeffrey Lewis) has mastery of bait and switch techniques, much like a slimy snake oil salesman. He first lied to me by saying the vehicle I wanted rarely came with a sunroof. I purchased one without, then exchanged it for the one I really wanted (with a sunroof). Jeff's communication throughout the transaction was horrible... he lied to me about the process involved with the swap of vehicles, and I ended up missing half a day of work because of it. When returning to pick up my chosen vehicle (2023 GLA 250 4matic) I noticed the windshield was quite dirty with a bunch of spots, and requested it be cleaned. Jeff forgot to have this done. When I got home and cleaned the windshield myself, it revealed 5 rock chips! I had to involve the sales manager (Trenton), who was a rare bright spot. Though Jeff (salesperson) tried to claim the windshield was "passable" for a certified used service loaner with 6k miles, Trenton recognized my angst and said the dealership would order a new windshield for me and cover the cost. I was informed that when the dealership places a service loaner for sale, they do not even inspect the vehicle! They just check all the boxes off saying it passes everything.... SO BUYER BEWARE!!!! Two weeks later, my windshield cracked due to one of the rock chips. Good thing the sales manager (Trenton) did the right thing and ponied up for the new windshield. The service department at Bellevue Mercedes is none better. The advisor I worked with (Chris) walked right past me and left me waiting a long time without any communication when he was informed I'd arrived. I had to walk around to find someone else and ask what was happening (since I needed to get back to work and reserved a loaner vehicle). I've called the service department 3x in the past week and texted the service advisor multiple times to ask a question about the windshield, and no one returns my call or responds to texts. I expected Mercedes to be on par with Nordstrom..... but DEFINITELY NOT. RUN (don't walk!) away from this dealership!!!
