I always have a great service experience at Audi Bellevue. I?ve been going there for years and would definitely recommend them. My Service Advisor, Dan, and the rest of the team are great to work with, their work is consistently quick and accurate, and they provide excellent customer service throughout the entire process.

Nice facility.

Nice facility. Work completed as expected. Cost was high but not unexpected. Could use more service personnel as it took a while to be recognized.

I saw a Q5 Audi on cars.

I saw a Q5 Audi on cars.com that was at Bellevue Audi and made a appointment to go see it. When I arrived the salesman had it out front and ready for a test drive. I loved it, and ended up trading in my old one and buying it. The process went very quickly and being a woman buying by my self I felt confident about the whole transaction. I love my new car and this was my second purchase at Bellevue Audi.

I had a good sales experience initially, but

I had a good sales experience initially, but unfortunately my post-delivery experience with Audi of Bellevue has been disappointing. Shortly after taking delivery of my new Audi Q7, I noticed scratches on the hood that were not pointed out during delivery. I raised the issue immediately, provided photos, and followed up multiple times. While the dealership acknowledged the concern and said it would be reviewed with management, no resolution was ever provided. Because I needed to protect the paint and avoid further damage, I ended up addressing the issue myself. Despite weeks of follow-ups, the dealership stopped responding altogether. For a premium brand and dealership, I expected better accountability and communication?especially when a cosmetic issue is identified right after delivery. Sales may go smoothly, but the lack of follow-through after the sale significantly impacted my experience. I?m sharing this so prospective buyers are aware that post-delivery support may not match the expectations set during the sales process.

I was an Audi customer for 10 years.

I was an Audi customer for 10 years. Leased a few cars with them. When I returned my last car after 3 years of leasing, it was in good condition, as with all previous cars. Except this time, I was ending the lease. Audi used an independent 3rd party to evaluate the car's condition. I was requested to replace two front wheels - the evaluation reading on their photo says 3.9, which is normal and within the "green" zone. The replacement is recommended for anything below 4.0 I was charged to pay for the replacement of two wheels. I called, and Audi Financial Services waved $100 off the bill. Still needed to pay the rest. I don't think I will go back there after the experience.
