Extremely disappointed after our second service on a 2019
Extremely disappointed after our second service on a 2019 E-tron to address a sunroof leak. The technician clearly exercised little care, leaving dark smudges and fingerprints all over the headliner around the sunroof opening. We will be rethinking our future maintenance needs.
