I purchased a 2023 Q4 50 e-tron and it was easy and relatively painless. Humza was professional and attentive and made the whole process pleasant. When the time comes, I expect that Audi Bellevue will be the first place I look to replace this car.

Had a great experience buying a used car here! The process was so smooth and seamless. Big thanks to my salesperson, Sodi, who was super warm, professional, and answered all my questions. I loved that there was zero sales pressure. After taking a day to think about it, I gladly came back to seal the deal. Highly satisfied and recommended!

Great experience at Audi Bellevue. Jereck was fantastic, flexible with timing, patient during the test drive, and helpful through the whole process. Josh was also easy to reach and genuinely worked with me to get the deal done. I’m very happy with the purchase and highly recommend them.

Visited Audi Bellevue expecting an 80k service but realized my car is currently at 72k miles, so the service wasn’t needed. I requested just an oil change at 11:30 AM and asked if the car could be ready by 3 PM for school pickup. Despite clearly explaining this multiple times and spending ~30 minutes with both the service rep and supervisor, they kept giving explanations and were not willing to commit to returning the car by 3 PM. This was especially frustrating since I had previously been told oil changes could be done as walk-ins without an appointment. Overall, very disappointing customer service and lack of flexibility.

Got my RSQ8 serviced at Bellevue Audi the other day. Aaron helped me to get from the dealer back home and then home back to the dealership. Super professional, friendly and lots of communication. Couldn’t be happier.

I purchased my used 2004 Audi A4 previously from this dealership so I came back when I had an accident and totaled my 2004 Audi. I purchased it "as is" and didn't have major problems. The 2009 Audi A4 Prestige I purchased about a year and a half ago ran well at first. I knew it was very used but I don't drive much and so I expected to have a few issues. What I did not expect was to have the same problem Audi Belleve told me they fixed on the service sheet. My Audi developed an oil leak and my local European car service specialist told me the leak originated at the same place that Audi Bellevue supposedly "fixed" before I purchased it. I'm very disappointed and would no longer recommend purchasing a used car "as is" from Audi Bellevue. My local European car specialist assured me they could fix it without further issue. But I"m out a chunk of change on something I was told was fixed.
