    Brought my Q7 in for it's 1st 10k mile service. Took about an hr, staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Waiting room was OK, free coffee, water and snacks... and had free wifi.

    Was looking to lease a 2016 Audi A3 and tried to get one of the special lease offers. Unfortunately, my conversations with other dealers ended up being... less than fruitful. That's when Audi Bellevue changed things. I met a guy named Morsy, real friendly guy and sits down to talk with you about what you are looking for. Ended up leasing a well equipped Audi A3 for the same price as what others quoted for a stock one. Loved the experience and would definitely recommend anyone to try out this dealership. Cheers

    My recent Audi Service was terrible. Not happy with the service. Initially, I brought my Audi A3 E-tron in for the 30K service on 12/4/19 and my car has... only 16K on it. I was told my car would be ready end of the day. Then Ryan called and said my car will be delayed for pick up then he said I needed four tires replaced. I then had my husband talk to see if I needed 4 tires replaced since I don't drive my car much. We ended up buying 2 tires but felt like Ryan was super pushy and tried to sell us something we didn't need. My car was not done until Friday 12/6. When I got there the front desk lady couldn't find my file, when she did she didn't ask to take back the key for the rental car. Basically, everything there was very disorganize. Then I came to find out they charged me for a $25 gas fee. This fee should have been waived because my car was delayed when I was supposed to pick up my car the same day!!! Overall an awful experience!!!!! :(

    One star less on buying process because of the first salesman we talked to but we gave it a second shot and so glad we did. Benson was proud of the brand,... super knowledgeable, and customer first. There wasn?t any pushing to purchase the car, just ensuring we knew facts and felt like it was the right purchase for our family. It?s super convenient that automation does one price and there is no need to try and haggle.

    Very good. It took 5 days to get my rear tires and I needed a loaner Audi for that period, but all worked out well. The loaner, btw, was a 2019 and a good... ride.

    Loved working with Lindsey, who was absolutely fantastic in trying everything to solve our issue with the car, given how hard it was to diagnose (barn/manure... smell in the A/C unit, only when heating and for a few minutes..!). Really impressed with her support and great customer focus.
