Unprofessional, Unethical, and a Complete Waste of Time —

Unprofessional, Unethical, and a Complete Waste of Time — Avoid.. After almost three weeks of unexplained delays, I finally had to cancel my vehicle purchase with Camp Chevy. I have this entire ordeal fully documented, and everything in this review is backed up by written proof. I was a serious online buyer. I allowed them to run my credit and even spent $250 of my personal money to hire an independent inspector to check out the vehicle. I was fully prepared to fund the deal, but the communication from this dealership is virtually non-existent. Getting someone to actually answer the phone or reply to a message is nearly impossible. I sent multiple emails, left several voicemails, and called repeatedly, only to be consistently ignored. To be fair to the sales floor, my salesperson, Tallon, genuinely tried his best to keep things moving. Unfortunately, Camp Chevy's finance department and upper management are completely incompetent. After almost three weeks of trying to buy a single car, they still could not manage to produce the correct, finalized paperwork for me to sign. The way this dealership operates is deeply unprofessional and highly unethical. The constant stalling and delaying for absolutely no reason makes them operate more like a scam company than a legitimate, trustworthy business. Do yourself a favor, save your time, and go buy somewhere else. I canceled my deal and am taking my business to a dealership that actually knows how to sell a car.

I brought my perfectly running 2019 Trax in for an oil

I brought my perfectly running 2019 Trax in for an oil change. Being I had 54K miles on it, service advisor recommended a transmission flush which i approved. Upon completion, halfway home 3 1/2 miles, my car barely ran. Took it back, stated I needed 1407 dollars of repairs. Had no choice but to approve. Upon completion, drove home and still wouldn?t run. Waited over 3 weeks for parts, wouldn?t give me a courtesy vehicle. Then informed I needed an entire engine. I?ve serviced my 5 Chevys there and bought 3 new ones there. Was offered 500 dollars for my car. I paid almost 2000 dollars on repairs which weren?t needed. I?ve learned there is no such thing as a loyal or preferred customer there. No dignity or respect given. After well over 20 years of my loyalty to this dealership, I will never step foot in it again. You can take my review with a grain of salt if you choose. If you decide to go there, I?ll simply say good luck. I meant nothing to them.

What would you say to a service department that says it's

What would you say to a service department that says it's seven hundred and forty-four dollars to change a thermostat On a 2016, Chevy tracks and put a new housing on. All parts required are about 50 to 75 bucks and it takes about 30 minutes.Very simple job. I've been a mechanic all my life, but I'm disabled now and I'm unable to perform car repairs, I'm 65 years old, I guess they think the older you are the stupider you become. And after they finish the thermostat job now, they say, the heater will not blow hot air. Well, they probably forgot to bleed The system who knows they aren't worth a xxxx Avoid this place like the plague, or you'll be sorry.

I'm really sorry to hear about your frustrations with service. We certainly don't want any of our customers feeling the way you do right now, and I apologize if we didn't meet your expectations for fairness or value in this case. If you're open to it, I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you further to see how we can better serve you in the future. Please give me a call when you have a moment. I own a Ford, used to own a Chevy and used this service

I own a Ford, used to own a Chevy and used this service dept all the time. Then I bought a Ford, and when my headlights went out, Ford told me it was a serious electrical issue, and they could not fit me in till mid December. I tried several other dealers, then finally went to Camp Chevrolet and they were not sure they could work on a Ford, but were willing to try. These guys are G.O.A.T!! They gave me an uber to my house to wait, as I was cutting in line of scheduled folks, they fixed my headlights and I was on my way. PARKER was very friendly, helpful and all the guys there were just execllent. I should have bought a Chevy!
