I live in Los Angeles California and I bought my car over the internet my salesperson was Robert Deutch very honest he represented the dealership in the most professional manner again I bought this car sight unseen and I had to rely up on him he made me feel very comfortable in this process he gained my trust and he delivered 100% satisfaction most sales people get a bad name so I'm writing this review to tell you that he's one of the best in the business and I appreciate it. I also had the opportunity to deal with Oscar and Michelle and Randy and I've never had a better experience in buying cars and if I ever need another car I'm going back to Seattle Washington and visit Doug probably over the internet.

Service was a recall - minor item. Easily made appointment online. Large waiting room with coffee, cold drinks and donuts. Fast service and car washed and bottle of water waitibg in car. All personnel friendly and informative. Cannot ask for more.

I returned to Doug's NW Cadillac because of the excellent experience I had there when purchasing my 4th Cadillac. My experience with the dealership and my salesman Brad was equally satisfying.

Except for the error in billing the process was flawless. On one hand we were very impressed that the error was caught and reversed on the other hand the question became what if it not been found, we would have overpaid and never known about it. This is a conundrum! On one hand we were super impressed with the honesty on the other concerned that if on this or future service mistakes are made we might never catch them. The over riding issue of the honesty carries the day.

After experiencing a glitch that resulted in a delivery delay, which was beyond Doug's Northwest Cadillac control, their sales staff went above and beyond, delivering a Cadillac loaner vehicle 40 miles across town to ensure I was taken care of and in no way inconvenienced. No dealer I have ever dealt with would have had the courtesy or forethought. When problems can't be avoided, the difference is in how a dealership responds to the issue. There is a difference between car dealers. Thanks to everyone at Doug's for the excellent care and service!
