The keys were left in the ignition of my Chevrolet Impala with the doors locked. A service man came to my home and unlocked the door. He was polite, professional, timely, and it was great doing business with him. Thank you, Ruddell Auto Service Center!

Service completed quickly and efficiently. I was in and out in less than an hour. It was a good experience. The only thing that could have been better was the waiting area. Not very comfortable.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH RUDDELL!!! Slimy Double Crossing Lying car salesmen. Jim Seel (salesman) and David Bier (so?) (sales manager) are lying slimy auto salesmen. I’ve been working with Jim on buying a 2022 Tahoe over the phone for days, telling him I found the car on AutoTrader with a specific VIN and the advertised price… They advertised the vehicle at one price on AutoTrader and then when we got down to the moment of doing the deal upped the price by ~ $10,000 and claimed it was a ‘typo’ and refused to sell the car at the advertised price . When I told David that I understand his team/software made a mistake but I still wanted the vehicle at the advertised price he started yelling at me and over me, telling me he’d been “in the car business for 40 years!”… And that “all of his cars are sold at $9,995 over list price!” And then hung up on me. I’m writing this review on every site I can find and contacting the Washington Stare Attorneys General office, Chevrolet and General Motors in hopes that you too won’t waste your time with Ruddell Auto. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH RUDDELL AUTO!

I was in need of a vehicle, my truck had been rolled on Christmas day. So on my birthday Jan 26th I went to Ruddells to see about getting a vehicle, I really wanted a truck but because of covid the market iscreal tight and expensive. The staff went out of their way to find me a truck, a Ford 150 crew cab. They were able to get the price down and I drove away the truck that day. I can't say enough about the sales people, financing and the overall experience that I received, they want above and beyond. to get me into a vehicle I really wanted

Everyone here is always so nice and they get you in quickly and get the work done quickly. No work is always been good and I did buy my Buick here and they were so nice. So I do recommend Rudell for your auto needs!

I've gone to multiple dealerships in my life but have never experienced the service and professionalism displayed by Russell in PA. I have two Chevrolets a 2500 Silverado HD diesel and a GMC Terrain. I took my truck there for the whole kit and caboodle and my wife's Terrain for an oil change. Both times the services were highly professional and the cost very fair. I asked them to change the transmission fluid on my truck along with the the oil, brake and radiator. They called me up and said the transmission fluid was clean and didn't need to be changed. Most dealerships wouldn't do that. Most of the time people will tell you not to go to the dealership because they're to expensive and to find a 3rd party to do the work. Not in this case. Russell will continue to be my go to service for all my future maintenance need on both my vehicles.
