It was a good sale process. I did NOT want to buy a auto with a Bow Tie. You had NO quality colors of Escalades on the lot. So, Paul Anderson sold us a Tahoe with a Bow Tie on it. Now we are considering a different color for the ugly yellow Bow Tie.:) Mr. Paul Anderson is a quality employee. I hope Eisinger Motors takes care of him this Christmas and all of his future years.

Burt text me about every new arrival on the lot that met my needs for the last 4 months or so. I was surprised he didn't give up on me. Finally found the perfect truck.

I had brought in my vehicle to have some service work done and started looking at new cars while waiting. I met Seth Tate and he asked if I had any questions about any of the cars. We started talking about the Chevy Sonic LT. I liked the car but hadn't really considered buying a new one. We talked about the car and financing and I decided to look into buying it. Although the process was time consuming it was really painless. We went over what I had to trade and we looked up to see what I might get for trade-in value and I decided to purchase it. Everything was straight forward and to the point. Seth worked with the owner to get close to what I wanted out of my old vehicle and we agreed on an amount and went from there. Financing went through and paperwork was done and I have a new car. I am quite please with my experience there and with Seth.

Went in to look at a highly desirable truck noticed on the internet. Came across Mike in the parking lot, found out the truck had already sold. Immediately noticed Mike's no pressure attitude and was easy to chat with about my interest. Turned out to have a better truck than the one I came for. Easy painfree process. Thanks Mike. I needed a truck and had specific items and price I wanted to pay. Because of the service and ease in communication with Burt I drove all the way from Billings to buy my vehicle.

Finally dealt with a sales person that wasn't pushy, needy, overconfident and hungry for a sale. Digger was just himself there to help me make a purchase. I was in the parking lot looking for 15 minutes and no one came out. I went inside and there were two other sales people who walked by and did not ask me if I needed anything. I was about to walk out and Digger came out of the main office and immediately asked if he could help. From then on my sales experience was seamless and pleasant.

I was out testing cars on local used car lots and not feeling good about what I'd driven. Decided to go to Eisingers since I have been getting my Honda serviced there for the past few years and have been very happy with the service. I found a cute little car on the lot that was really over my budget I was hoping to spend on a car for my daughter who is returning home. Anthonty Juliano worked with me to help me get a price I could afford and I feel that it will be a great little car for her. I appreciate that the sales people aren't pushy but are very helpful!!
