Cody and his team members were so awesome, it seemed like they dropped everything they were doing and assisted me in buying the RAM of my dreams. All with a professional attitude even when they had to go out side in sub zero temperatures and thaw out the vehicles I was looking at. This is the best team in Anchorage area to buy a car from. We initially shopped via the web and found the Lithia website to be the most user friendly (for us). We were able to easily maneuver through the available merchandise and found prices, information quick to identify. Best car dealer website. Once we narrowed down our selection, we went to the dealership and were greeted warmly and given water. Best receptionist. We went straight to John Palmer because he has sold us a car in the past. Best salesman (John Palmer). We test drove a used Jeep Renegade and feel in love with it. We purchased the vehicle and Cody guided us through the process allowing patience with questions. Best finance person. After taking the vehicle home, we identified a few minor problems, but went to Service and saw Clayton. He was honest, and very helpful. We have a scheduled appointment to address the minor issues. Best service people (Clayton). I don't know that the price was the "cheapest" but with all the quality service and we trust them, it makes it all worth it.

David was amazing. I went to the lot to browse in negative temperatures and he was the only sales person out of the 3 lots I visited to come out and shake my hand. I showed him the ad I saw for the Jeep I wanted to look at and he ushered me inside, grabbed the car and took me for a test drive. I was nervous as well as a little neurotic and he dealt with me very kindly. i know he is going to do well with the type of person he is. When I’m ready for a new car again, I hope he is still around. I honestly would not have bought the Jeep if it wasn’t for him. He made the whole experience a lot better with the issues I had going on.
