I have an EV that had a recall and I live in Kodiak.
I have an EV that had a recall and I live in Kodiak. I had to travel to Anchorage on the ferry and could only make it on a Saturday. They don’t normally have an EV mechanic available on Saturdays, but they made an exception for me and got my car in immediately and got the work done and got it charged up. They were so helpful!

Dropped car off.
Dropped car off. Received no return call or update for 2 days. Was told Service advisor would call me back twice. No follow up call. 3rd day I swung by and saw the car just sitting out in the lot. Picked up car and will never return for service work.
