New Vehicle Purchase
Nice show room. Friendly, helpful sales people. Need more Suburbans in stock. Need more tires & wheels in stock. Need more accessories in stock (luggage rack, etc.). Too many high tech accessories on new vehicles (Blue Tooth, On Star, Sun Roof, etc.). Wheels on new vehicles sold in Alaska should be suitable for use with tire chains.

5 Star experience today!!
I drove out to Wasilla Chevrolet today to get a diagnostic read on the Cruze, it was not starting with out a jump, and I was greeted by a Young Salesman in the parking lot, he stated where the Service Department was located,and I Thanked Him and drove right in to the Service Area. An Emploree was assisting a Customer, and He was done with her, and he greeted me, I explained my situation, we started the car by jumping it, he said it was the battery, so I Thanked Him. I ran my errand, and came back to Wasilla Chevrolet to have a new battery installed. Then I walked in their Show Room!! Ryan walked up, introduced Himself, and asked me why I was there. I said why, and he asked me if I wanted a new car. I explained that the car was in the shop for a new battery, and that I bought the car from Wasilla Chevrolet in 2012. And I did not have a positive experience. He listened to me and informed me I would not be speaking with that SalesMan today. So, Ryan took me to look at a 2017 truck fully loaded!! So we crunched some numbers, and He introduced me to Breau, who worked his magic, we agreed on a fair amount, and I have 60 days to make my first payment, then I met Mat in the Finance Department, and he explained everything to me completely and He helped make sure I am informed of the new changes concerning bumper to bumper coverage, and that sealed Our Deal!! 7 years & Total Coverage and I am the New, Happy Owner of My New Chevrolet Truck. And they paid for the new battery they installed in the Cruz!! Thank You All Gentlemen, I will be passing out Ryan's cards when I get to work on Monday! Wasilla Chevrolet and Ryan are the place to be!! Pam Lee
